We are making every effort to process and ship your order within 1 to 4 business days or unless otherwise posted on our website. Generally deliveries can take between 7-14 business days for delivery after order processing and shipment completion with our free* ground shipping. Delivery times may vary if you live in a Rural area or requested special delivery services.
Remember, when ordering "Furniture", the most important thing is to inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If your order arrives damaged , please notate in detail on the Delivery Receipt the damage on the item(s) and the box(s), and accept the delivery. After that, contact us immediately so we may instruct you what to do, If the damage is severe please notate in detail on the Delivery Receipt and refuse the delivery, then contact us immediately. If this occurs outside of our business hours please call us on the next business day. Depending on the situation we will request either parts, a Furniture Medic technician, or replace the item(s) free of charge. Please ask the freight company's name and trailer number so we may track the order back to our vendor or warehouse.
We ship from over 20 different warehouses as well as manufacturers to help deliver your order within our respective delivery times; So when ordering multiple items, they may be shipped with different carriers as well at different times depending on their respective lead-times. When your order ships and a tracking number is issued an email is automatically sent to inform you, thus allowing you to track your order till it's delivered. Larger items and shipments may not have a tracking number however you are issue out a call to set up a delivery appointment.
