I love this thing!! I ordered this bar trying to get it before a party that I was throwing. I hired a real bartender and everything. I knew that this thing was pretty big and stressed how much I needed this thing by December 26th. They assured me that I would get it and I even paid a little extra to get it brought inside. December 24th, POW!! I got it and was excited. They brought it in and hooked it up. There ws only one thing. While putting it together we noticed that there was a piece missing. This wasn't gonna end my party but DAMN! ya know? Anyway I called them up and they said that they would have the piece sent out right away. I figured alright I guess I'll get it some time next week. Would you believe that I got it on Friday the 26th, THE DAY OF MY PARTY!! I couldn't have asked for better service than this. It sucked that a piece was missing but getting it before my party made me willing to shop here again anytime.

There was a particular bedroom set that my wife and I just had to have. It was a Millenium by Ashley bed. I just have called like 10 different places and they all told me that it was discontinued. I was pissed because we really wanted that specific one. I then came across this website and noticed that it sais in stock. I figured what the hell, let me try 1 more time before I give up. I gave them a call and was very clear about what I wanted. I already knew it was discontinued so my first question was "are you sure that its in stock." They put me on hold and came back to me about 2 minutes later. I didn't really mind waiting on hold since I knew this was my last chance. After speaking to a woman, a guy picked up and seemed to be filled in on what I wanted. He said that I was lucky because we have 1 more left but there would be some sort of internal transfer in place because it had to go from 1 warehouse to another. I was a little sceptical because I know that this was a discontinued piece. H e guy assured me that I would have it and that he would keep me updated. about 4 days later I got an email saying that the transfer was complete and it will now be sent to me. After seeing that me and my wife were pretty excited. The next day my card was charged and I got yet another email saying that the item had left and is on its way by a freight company. I replied for a tracking number but they informed me that there was none. I was a little weary of that but they explained to me that its because it was a large shipment and that I would get a call before the delivery. I figured ok, as long as I know when its comming. about 7 days later (including the weekend) I got a call to setup a delivery appointment. I was crazy exited and told them to do it as soon as possible. They came the next day and brought it to my house. I had my family help me bring it inside and set it up. That was the fun part. Then I noticed that the tops of one of the posts had a crack in it. I was pretty disturbed by this and called them up immediately. I spoke to the same guy again and he informed me that he would take care of everything and have a new post sent out. I was pretty lucky that they had that extra piece for this item. No lie, it came it 4 days and in perfect condition. Me and my wife now make good use out of this bed if ya know what I mean. Very solid construction. I was so exited I called them back up just to thank them. I think this is some of the best service that I've had. I was kept informed the whole time and they were very honest with me letting me know of the internal transfer. I would definately order from site site again. Who knows, I might need a living room set soon :).

I am incredibly happy with my tiles. My floor has a great shiny checker board style and I love it. It did take a little bit long to get the tiles but when I did get them, I realized that I got 20 extra tiles. They had sent me an email the same day of the delivery informing me that the 20 pack per box was not available so they sent me 30 packs in stead to prevent any more delays. After reading this and seeing the tiles I didn't even care about the wait. In the end a little extra time lead to some free tiles. Who can complain. I sure didn't.

I just got my TV stand and its perfect. Great quality construction. Customer service was very nice answering all of my questions with no problem. The unit came fairly quickly and the box was in good condition. When I brought it inside and opened it up I noticed that there were some scratches on the side of the unit. I was pretty dissapointed about this and called them up imediately. Within a few days they had a furniture guy come over and fixed it up like if it was brand new. I was very happy at that point and even called to thank them. Besides getting a scratched unit, I couldn't be happier with the service.
