Shipping & Shipping Charges




Orders are usually shipped out within 24 to 48 hours after order processing is completed unless otherwise stated within item's description page.
At this point we at JustMyShopping.com offer our customers Free Ground Shipping to all the 48 contiguous states. For an item that is eligible for Free Ground Shipping, you will see the "Free Ground Shipping" icon on the product description page. This offer is extended to within the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. We will contact you with freight pricing for International shipments and to HI/AK/PR, & the U.S. territories. If you are not sure if an item has "free shipping" please contact a sales representative at 1-800-996-6324. Currently, items in our "Bed, Bath & Linens" department is charged a nominal shipping & handling fee. Our Free Shipping offer is for a limited time and can be change at any moment, So Save Big & Order Today!!! If you need your order to be delivered quicker please contact one of our sales representatives at 1-800-996-6324 and they may assist you with the different shipping methods available.
We use either UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS as our carriers. Items that cannot be shipped through U.P.S. or FedEx are shipped using a freight trucking service such as Yellow Freight. These services include a dock or street level (curb side) delivery only. Inside delivery to a home or office are extra for truck shipments. If inside delivery is needed you may contact us by phone or e-mail so we may provide you with that cost. Fees are charged based on location and floor. Some U.P.S./FedEx shipments are partially disassembled to reach carrier carton limits. We will ship UPS/FedEx whenever possible. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions for more details (see below).

For "Air Deliveries" (3 Day, 2nd Day, & Next Day); they require additional charges. We will contact you with the additional amount since it varies depending on the items size, weight, and girth.

Most of our furniture is in stock and available for shipment.
Freight or Common Carrier Shipments: Many of our items require delivery via common carrier (freight truck) service due to the size of the product or weight. These deliveries can generally take anywhere between 3-14 business days; this, is dependent on the delivery location from our warehouses. Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. To provide a higher level of service, the common carrier (freight company) will work with you directly to arrange for a time and date of delivery. Because of this, tracking info could be delayed in updating even after your order has shipped.

The common carrier drivers bring your purchase to your delivery address for tailgate or curbside delivery. These types of delivery does not include delivery inside your home, apartment, or office. Please make sure you provide us the correct address for shipments; if the address is incorrect or you change addresses, shipping fees may be incurred (This is called; "Reconsignment" according to common carrier companies). Drivers are expected to notify you of a delivery day, time and service options, so you can have the appropriate help available to get your order into your home if necessary. If you are not at home when the delivery was scheduled and the freight company has to return with your order, a second delivery fee may apply based on the carrier. Special service options may be arranged directly with the freight company for additional charges payable to the freight company upon the time of delivery. If you ordered a heavy/bulky item, make sure you have someone who can help with this. Deliveries are to ground floors only. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday. An appointment by telephone is usually scheduled by the freight company beforehand, however it is not guaranteed. Inside delivery can be arranged, please call for details - Additional charge will apply. We expect our common carriers to be friendly, timely, and safe. Our primary goal is to have your purchase arrive as quickly as possible and in excellent condition.

The most important thing to remember about freight company deliveries is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please notate the damage to the item(s) and the box(s) in detail on the Delivery Receipt and except the delivery or contact us immediately so we may instruct you what to do. If the damage is severe please notate it and refuse the delivery. Then contact us immediately. If this occurs outside of our business hours please call us on the next business day. Depending on the situation we will request either parts or replacement item(s) be sent free of charge. Please ask the freight company to leave a copy of the delivery receipt and or the freight company's name and trailer number so we may track the order back to our vendor or warehouse.

If you forget or do not notate any damages on your Delivery Receipt but find damages after the delivery, please contact us within 24 hours or we may not be able to replace your order. The longer you wait to notify us of any concealed damage the harder it is to file the proper paperwork and address your situation or even correct it. We ask you to keep the item for 30 to 45 business days before disposal of the damaged item should the shipper choose to inspect or pick-up the item.

Please note: If your shipping address is listed as a rural area and your order requires special handling for delivery by our carriers then you may incur additional shipping costs. These areas are called "Beyond Delivery Points". These points are destination zip codes that make it difficult for the freight carrier to reach which may require them to use a 3rd party delivery service or some other means to reach your address. The fees are usually nominal (around $40-$195) and we would notify you of the fees before your order ships. Please contact us with any questions, 800-996-6324. Below we provided a list of zip codes that may incur additional fees. Only the first 3-digits of your zip code are used to determine this.
