Customer satisfaction is priority #1. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase,
you can return your purchase within 10 days of receipt or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be new and in unused condition.

To return an item for an exchange or refund please contact us via email or phone so that we
may arrange to have your merchandise picked up. We ship items from multiple warehouses as well as
manufacturers across the United States. Therefore, it is very important to contact us so we can
provide the correct return warehouse address or provide a return shipping label.

All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped "Free Shipping," we
will charge our "actual" outbound shipping charges. We can schedule return shipping for you (return shipping
charges will be deducted off your refund) or you may ship your order back with your own shipping services.
If you use your own shipping methods may we suggest you insure your shipment and use a method that allows you
to track its delivery progress. All returns for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee (Bestar products:
20% fee, Boss & Office Star Products: 25% fee). The restocking fee is only waived if there is an exchange for an item
of equal value or greater. This also applies to any flooring merchandise that is purchased. This includes any
order for tiles or rugs. Round trip shipping charges will still apply.

Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled
it is no longer returnable. Special order products such as items where fabrics can be selected are non refundable.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receipt of your returned item.

Orders which are cancelled after 2 business days of being placed or after being loaded/prepared for shipping
(which ever is first) will be subject to only a restocking fee. If we are not able to unload and restock item(s),
full return policy is applied.

In the event of a damaged item or order; we will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out or have
a furniture technician come out to you to repair any damages. We will
take the quickest route to remedy the situation. This is because items are to be received in pristine condition, and most
items are protected under their respective warranty. However, if you decide to refuse parts or a replacement, and request
a return, it is considered "customer prerogative" and full return policy is applicable.

All returns must be approved before item(s) are shipped back. Please contact us at 1-800-996-6324 so we
may arrange to have your merchandise picked up. If you do not have a RMA number, and you ship your order back, it will be refused.
So please contact us before hand.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the purchase being made
(ex: payment by credit card...refund by credit card). This generally will
occur in 14 business days after we complete the process of your refund.
